Kent Noseworthy
Kent has practiced law in Halifax for the last 30 years and was a graduate of Dalhousie University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree and graduated from the Dalhousie Law School in 1983.
Born and raised in Halifax, this has always been his home and he has been active in the local community being one of founding members and former president of the Rotary Club of Halifax Harbourside.
Kent has a very active and busy real estate, commercial law, and civil litigation practice. He gets a great satisfaction seeing clients establish their own small business and considers many of his longstanding clients his friends.
He has served as a corporate director for a publicly traded resource company that was the first Canadian company headquartered in Atlantic Canada to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

John Di Costanzo
John has been a practicing member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society since 1984 and practices in the areas of property , business, commercial and immigration law.
John has represented individuals, developers and builders in all areas of Real Estate law since 1984; as an accredited user of the Land Registration System and a member of the Real Estate Lawyers’ Association in Nova Scotia I can assist my clients with all of their real estate related needs.

Peter Tsuluhas
After obtaining his law degree from Dalhousie University in 2003, Peter was called to both the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario) and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society the following year. He subsequently joined the NDD Law team in 2005.
His practice areas include corporate and commercial transactions for small businesses, wills and estates, and a wide range of residential and commercial property conveyancing, with an emphasis on the latter.
In addition to his legal experience, Peter has been active in various facets of the local business community for several years and credits this familiarity with enhancing his ability to understand the wishes and needs of clients, and ultimately, what it takes to achieve them.

Andrew Christofi
A Halifax native, Andrew joined the NDD law team as an articled clerk in 2015 and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2016.
His practice includes the areas of civil litigation, small claims, contracts, wills and estates. Andrew also gained valuable experience in landlord and tenant files while at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Service and continues to provide this service to clients.
Andrew regularly appears in all levels of court in Nova Scotia including the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
His approach to the practice of law involves creativity, a fine eye for complex details, and diligent work to ascertain his clients’ needs and the risks facing them, to provide efficient, practical solutions.

Igor Yushchenko
Igor is entitled to practice law in Canada as well as in Ukraine.
Igor received his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws Degrees from the leading Ukrainian University and, Master of Laws from the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University (Canada). He also earned a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.

Jonathan Goud
Jon helps clients with their Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Corporate/ Commercial and Real Property matters. Jon brings a rich background to his practice and his clients with experience in the music industry, event planning, and management prior to law school. Jon’s clients love his creative, comfortable, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to the legal needs of everyday Nova Scotians.
Jon received his law degree from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law in 2021, where he received the Honourable Angus L. MacDonald Prize, the Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP Prize for highest overall average-private law courses, the Judge Fran Potts award, and David M. Jones Memorial Award for the third-year student whose “character has been a source of inspiration and optimism to his or her classmates and the law school community.”
Jon lives in Clayton Park with his wife, their two daughters, their two Norwegian Forest cats, and all of Jon’s old music gear.
